UnitedCloud today announced the launch of UC Billing, a new billing solution powered by Datagate that adds integrated billing capabilities to UnitedCloud's white-label communications services. UC Billing is available to UnitedCloud channel partners.

UC Billing helps partners turn the communications services they sell into customer-ready invoices. It automates recurring, usage-based and one-time charges, reduces manual work, and shortens the time between service delivery, invoicing and payment collection.

By adding billing to its white-label services, UnitedCloud gives partners a more complete way to deliver communications solutions under their own brands. Partners can support growing customer bases, broader service portfolios and more complex usage without replacing the business systems they already use.

This solution enables partners to invoice both services they source through UnitedCloud as well as additional existing services sourced through other vendors and service providers. It is not exclusive to UnitedCloud-only wholesale services.

UC Billing supports tax calculation and reporting for partners serving customers in Canada and the United States. In the United States, telecom tax calculations are powered by CSI's specialized tax engine; CSI is used only for U.S. telecom tax calculations.

The solution integrates with professional services automation, accounting, and payment platforms. UnitedCloud partners also gain access to Datagate's established integration ecosystem, allowing billing to fit into their existing operational and financial workflows.
