Clients will need global admin access to Microsoft 365, access to the Manager Portal, and supported Microsoft licenses. Here’s how the setup works:   - The provider adds the client to the Microsoft Teams Phone Connector and sends an invite. - The client configures direct routing and notifies the provider once it’s complete. - The provider configures PBX settings and sets up Microsoft Teams Phone Connector users.
