You already know Conduit as the one place to check an outage, pull a quote, or find a training course. It has been the foundation of how you work with UnitedCloud, and it was time for an upgrade. That is why we built Conduit 2.0, a rebuilt version of the portal you already know, with a sharper interface, a refreshed dashboard, and new tools designed to make your day-to-day work simpler and a lot less scattered. From here, you can quickly access the applications you rely on most: - **Maintenance Schedule** shows you any upcoming maintenance windows so you are never caught off guard. - **Operational Status** gives you a quick snapshot of uptime stats and lets you spot an outage at a glance. - **Manager Portal Login** provides direct access to your manager portal. - **Status Page** goes a level deeper, showing what is currently running, how long it's been up, and a full history of past incidents. - **Training Portal** is where new customers can learn how to use the different tools, along with product-specific training courses for your team. - **Knowledge Base** puts every knowledge base article in one searchable application. - **Quotes** is our quoting tool, letting partners generate quotes using white-labeled templates that reflect their own branding. - **Number Orders** covers everything related to numbers, including new number orders, toll-free orders, vanity orders, and number port requests. Build out training for your team or your clients covering platform basics, product features, and more, without needing a separate system. - **Fax Orders (New)** lets you order new fax numbers or port existing ones without leaving the portal. - **SIP Trace Analysis** **(New)** takes the guesswork out of troubleshooting. Upload up to five call trace CSVs and get an AI-generated call flow timeline, summary, and diagnosis.
